Dedicate 3 months to eating well, training hard and recovering effectively to build lean muscle. Private training sessions focus on intense weight training to develop full body muscle . Learn how to eat for muscle mass and track your progress in-session every week. At the end of your training program receive a continuation program to maintain your gains on your own.
Training Bundle Includes:
40 x 60-minute 1-on-1 personal training sessions (3 per week; 3 consecutive months; in-person or online)
